Could you keep my luggage before the check in / after the check out?
Yes, we have the luggage room where you can leave your luggage.
Does the hotel offer a shuttle from the airport?
Yes, we offer taxi. We have a fixed price 33 EUR.
Can I reserve a parking place?
Parking is available in the adjacent streets of paid parking area accordingly: Mon 12 am till Fri 6 pm 1,5 EUR/hr (card payment available), Fri 6 pm till Sun 12 am free of charge.
How to find us?
ravelling by public transport
Travelling from the airport 1) You can use public transport. From Airport terminal (1,2,) you can take bus n. 59/119 to →Nádraží Veleslavín. Here you should use →metro A→ until metro stop Flora→ then please change to tram → with tram n.5→ one stop untill Olšanské náměstí. Hotel Carlton is located from tram stop about 100metres.
There is second possibility.You can take Airport Express bus (AE) directly in front of the terminal (1,2) and get off from the bus on final station Hlavní nádraží a then take a tram(5,26,9).
Travelling from the train station
When you get out from from the terminal you will pass the park unill the tram stop
There you should take a tram n. 5,9,26 untill Lipanská(2stop). Hotel is located just around the corner of Lipanská tram stop. Please be aware of taking taxi on Hlavní nádraží they are overated.
Where can I buy public transport tickets?
We sell tickets directly at the reception but We sell only for one day.
How to get to the city center?
From the Lipanská (hotel tram station) you can use the tram number 5 or 9 it is 4stops to the Wenceslaw square station. Tram number 15 or 26 it is 4stops to the Republic square.
How to get to the Prague Castle?
For the Prague Castle you have to take tram number 9 from lipanská it is 8stops to station National Theatre (Národní Divadlo). At the National Theatre you have to change to the tram number 22 and with tram number 22 is it 6stops to the station Prague Castle (Pražský Hrad)
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, the breakfast ic included in the rate room.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception works 24 hours.
Is WI-FI available at the hotel/in the room?
Yes, the Wi-Fi is available in the whole hotel.
Does the hotel allow pets in the room?
Yes, the Hotel is pets friendly. The price is 18 EUR per day.
Do you have a gym available?
No, we are very sorry but the hotel has no gym.
Any restaurants near by?
Very popular is a restaurant very close to the hotel: LAVIČKA or OLŠE.
Can you help us book a tickets for bus, train, theater…?
Yes, we can help with them or you can use our public pc in the hall at the reception.
Can you arrange a flowers, b-day cake, gluten-free breakfast..?
